Quay fitness is based on scenic Shoreham beach and run by personal trainer David Hall, a registered and qualified member of REPs, (Register of Exercise Professionals.) With background experience spanning 10 years in martial arts including; tai chi, chi kung and other soft martial arts, David has an holistic approach to health and fitness that combines Eastern well being with Western exercise. David is also a fully insured and qualified Boxercise instructor

Whether you are looking for a gym based routine for weight loss and toning, core strengthening or postural exercises, circuit classes, motivational and/or nutritional advice, David can help you achieve your goals.  

Courses of 1 to 1 training sessions can be tailored to your own exacting standards over 8, 10 or 12 week periods. In fact , whatever your time scale, there is a tailor made program for you.
 
You also get to choose where you train;     
 

  • In the comfort of your own home or;
  • Outside, (Shoreham beach seafront is also a great place to train if you live close enough) or;
  • At the gym facilities on Shoreham beach, where you are welcome to relax in the swimming pool and sauna suite after training hard!
