Whatever your fitness goals, there is a routine out there that can be tailored for you. You sometimes just need some advice and guidance to help you.

  • Core and stability training have a dramatic impact on posture and balance.
  • Mobility and flexibility help create longer, toned muscles and a leaner appearance.
    All of the above can help improve self-esteem and self-confidence!    

Be prepared to work hard! If you're not sweating during aerobic exercise then you might not be working hard enough. If you're using resistance machines or weights aim for three sets of 12-15 repetitions working the major muscle groups. If at the end of the reps you can go on, the weights aren't heavy enough…
